Go to the flash web site www.macromedia.com and theyve got loads of free to use music

Try looking for "Creative Commons" licenced content like from this site ( http://ccmixter.org ) which you are free to use and share.

there are loads about. I dont use a specific one
Dave's Imaginary Sound Space has a lot of great info. Electromance I have used in the past - I thin Alex Bellinger at Small Biz Pod uses them as he is really into his elctro.
Best thing to do is have a look around. Just make sure its creative commons. Thats the reason that all my podcats are free! if I could make music I might think about selling some!
