Business Link fate to be decided in next two months, says Prisk

Business Minister Mark Prisk has announced he will make a decision whether to scrap Business Link within the next six to eight weeks.

Speaking to The Times, Mr Prisk announced his intention to scrap Business Link's regional offices. Also, existing enterprise agencies will provide start up support and advice, along with a series of "growth hubs" across the country.

Mr Prisk also said he is looking at increasing the size of individual loans that can be made under the Enterprise Finance Guarantee (EFG) scheme.
