The Shell Livewire Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards is Ireland ’s premier young business awards programme. In celebrating and rewarding the success of young business people they provide a platform for recognition and promotion on a national scale.

The Awards are open to any young business owner under the age of 31 who has recently started a business. As well as cash prizes and rewards, the Awards provide an opportunity to reflect on the business, receive feedback from other business leaders and meet like-minded young entrepreneurs. They can give the business a great stamp of credibility. Finalists and award winners receive excellent media coverage and there's the opportunity to become an enterprise role model. There are three regional awards throughout the Republic of Ireland and one National Gala in Northern Ireland culminating in the All-Ireland Gala Final.
