Intilaaqah Libya is a social investment programme aimed at promoting enterprise through raising awareness of starting a business as a viable career option and providing practical advice and support to new entrepreneurs seeking to start their own business.

Intilaaqah is a programme intended to provide new entrepreneurs with certain business, financial and administrative skills to enable them to develop business plans that could facilitate access to funding from banks and start the business of their choice.

The Intilaaqah programme is therefore intended to provide certain skills for new entrepreneurs to start a small business and not designed to address unemployment issues.

The programme offers

• Training in different business skills 'Business Training', including business planning, market research, financial forecasting, and resource requirements.
• Personal enquiry services on how to start a new business.
• Awareness workshops on entrepreneurship and the generation of ideas; and
• Awards for achieving success.
