Cheap Online Printer

When a staff member goes above and beyond the call of duty consistently over the course of a year, while keeping us entertained in the midst of things, it's only befitting that they are awarded with a company's most prestigious honour.

Unfortunately we couldn't decide who deserved this accolade as all our team are magnificently awesome and so by default, Chris who doesn't actually work for the company was recently awarded Employee of the Year by partner, Martin McAuley.

Hopefully you were singing that to a Total Eclipse of the heart tune. Nope, ok then….

Our turnaround times start when your order is sent to the printing press. For us this means:

1) When "print ready*" artwork is provided
2) Payment has been confirmed
3) Orders after 1pm are counted as following day

We'll always try and advise print timeframes for your deadlines. If we need to hurry things along, we may be able to provide an express printing service (on some products). Because we work to an extremely efficient printing system, speeding up your order means we will incur additional costs. This can reduce your turnaround to 2 days in most instances, but there will be a premium charge for this service.

If you really really need your order tomorrow, it may be suitable in some instances to Digitally print your order & where possible we can print your order in 24 hours (sometimes same day). It will be ready for collection at our offices the following day. Contact us for our digital prices.

Most common sources of artwork delays
- Missing fonts.
- Wrongly sized artwork
- 72dpi or other low resolution artwork (files must be at least 300dpi!)
- Artwork with no bleed or the improperly sized bleeds (3mm on each side)
- Artwork with text or design elements placed too close to the trim line.

Ever heard the story of the cleaner with the dirty home? Nope, must be a Lisburn thing then. The gist of the story is that the cleaner is too busy cleaning other peoples homes and offices that she forgets to clean her own. After a while the customers dry up and the only home she has to clean is her own.

The moral of this long winded story is that you have to make time to keep your own house in shape or else you could be spending a fair bit of time there.

At Kaizen Print, we try and blog once a week, check all prices monthly and post on our Facebook once a day (something like this post). Not only does this keep things fresh for your customers, but provides fresh content for google to see and hopefully rank you for.

Things you might like to try

1) Blogging once a day
2) Updating your pricelist monthly
3) Adding any news to your site weekly

This is the first in our Printers Friend series of hints and tips to help our customers when deciding their needs for printing.

Keeping to standard paper sizes, reduces wastage and keeps prices at a minimum. We'll always advise you on the best size of print for your needs, however our most common print sizes are A3 for Posters, A4 for Letterheads, A5 for Flyers and A6 for postcards.

The diagram below shows how each paper size relates to the next. As you can see, each is proportionate to the next. A2 is twice the size of A3, which is double the size of A4 etc.

Flyers or Leaflets are amazing. No really, we love them and sell more flyers than any other product… for good reason. They are the essential marketing tool, allowing our customers to get their message to a massive audience at a super low price. We like to think that we know a thing or two about marketing with flyers and so have put together our buying guide to help you create the best flyer campaign possible. You've heard of the 5Ws right?Who, what, when where & why - these are the basic principles of marketing. Do you know who your potential customer is? What type of customer are they - business, consumer, retail? When / Where are you targeting them - at home, at work, during leisure time? Why are you marketing to them? Answering these questions alone will help you greatly in targeting your potential market.Tell us why?We don't presume to know your business - yet! So tell us your motives for using flyers. Is it to get more business? Maybe you want to retain current customers or increase the profitability of certain products. You could possibly be announcing a change of location……we all dream of that office in the Bahamas too! If the success of this flyer was measured in one specific goal, what would it be?Make it Special! You know the difference between a good and a bad leaflet right? Below are two examples of leaflets we have seen in the last few months. Don't worry, we have permission to show them both. Which one are you more likely to act upon? On the bad example (we presume you know which one that is), there is little more than basic contact details and a few of the services the company provides. On the other example, this company make best use of both sides, has a clearly targeted offer and has included a timed incentive. Which do you prefer? I Want it, What Now?That's it, you've got them hooked. How does the customer find our more, or purchase this offer or service? Really spell this out for them. "Ring us on 0208 XXXX XXX for more information." Call into our showroom for a test-drive." These examples give definitive next step for the customer. How Do I Get the Message Out?You will laugh at this, but we have had customers who didn't want to give out their flyers because they cost too much. Thankfully when they became our customer this issue was resolved. There is any number of distribution options available: There are discounted mail companies who provide highly targeted distribution to your customer database. This is probably the dearest option (bar driving around the country yourself). Kaizen Print have teamed up with The Distribution Network to provide low cost flyer distribution throughout Northern Ireland. From as little as £65 per 1,000 we can deliver your flyers to specific postcodes throughout the province, quickly and securely. Talk to us.Designed by DesignersWe're not electricians, and for the most part we'll never touch anything electrical. Though we have been know to struggle with lightbulbs for the most part. Kaizen Print started life as a design and marketing agency and that is where our strength lies. Design is so critical in your flyer campaign, it can mean the difference between success and complete failure. Failure costs you money, success makes you money.Next Steps? If you've decided that a flyer campaign is right for you, the first thing to do is to speak to us. We'll ask you pretty much everything above and grasp a great understanding of your needs and wants. After that if you're still happy, we'll get the design brief to you. The more information you present to us, the better we're armed to create you flyer. Test

Tri Fold Brochure Printing

Well not quite new, but I have just added the product to the site on the request of customers. To be completely honest, it was an oversight on my part, as Tri Fold Brochure Printing is literally one of our most purchased products.

Uses our Customers have had for such a product:

  • Take Away Menus
  • Company Brochures
  • Price Lists for Beauty or Nail Salons
  • Political Party Mandates

Over the past few months, the amount of flyers we have printed has increased tremendously! And with that we are offering great prices! I know, shameless plug.

Thanks

HP Wireless Printer

As someone who should know a little bit about printers, the home printing market is completely unknown to me. In fact today saw the momentous occasion of the purchase of our first HP Wireless Printer for home use.

We bought the HP Deskjet 6500, which I have to admit is actually a very nice bit of kit. The printer itself feels very sturdy and the quality of the prints it produces rivals that of a commercial printer. Setting up the wireless network was an absolute breeze, even through 3 walls and 1 floor!

The first task we set for this printer was that of a 30 page booklet. It whizzed through it in just under 2 minutes. A few second for the print to dry et voila.

Overall I am very happy with the purchase and am looking forward to printing some family photos out tomorrow.

We bought the printer from Amazon as it was by far the cheapest we found. You can see the different models here

 Leaflet Printing

Leaflet printing is one of the most effective ways of promoting your business. Many companies throughout the province use a variety of activities, with leaflet design, print and mailing at the centre of marketing focus. Throughout the last few months, we have worked on a number of high profile leaflet campaigns for a wide variety of markets; however, none are as prominent in our mind as the projects completed for TW Sports. If you are not aware of these guys and you have children, you definitely want to check out their summer schools for some of the best coaching available on our “wee” island.

We started our first leaflet project for TW Sports Easter Schools and provided an initial consultation, to ascertain the key messages to be portrayed in this project. This was followed by design of the A5 leaflets & posters used to promote the events.

Not only were we on hand to provide sound advice, as well as affordable design and print, but also through our distribution partners, we were able to save TW Sports considerable time and money on the posting of over 5000 leaflets.

Our help and support throughout this first project has led just this month, to the completion of our second major project for Tim and his team.

The TW Sports World Cup Summer Camps, for children between the ages of 2 & 13, start on the 5th July and are being held in 14 locations around throughout province. Please visit TW Sports or visit them on Facebook for more information.

Tim Kindly provided the following testimonial of our work:
Kaizen Print & Marketing provide high quality, sensibly priced marketing materials and business stationery. Working to the tightest deadline & budgets, Kaizen Print are only just a call away.

Thought MMA was hard work? Well after finishing a little flyer printing for the guys in the IFS MMA camp, I was invited to join their class for a training session. Thankfully there was no photographic or video evidence to show I was there, but I can assure you, that these boys mean business! It's now Thursday evening and I'm still feeling the effects of 2 hours solid training. Thats a good thing right? While we cant take the credit for the fantastic designs (credits to follow), we can confidently shout from the "cage" that these flyers were awesome when printed. Spec: 350gsm Silk, Colour 2 Sides.  Evening all,

Just wanted to upload another bit of print we have been working on this evening. While we cannot take the responsibility for the absolutely fantastic logo, bringing all the design together in the form of a roll up banner is all our work. We're putting the finishing touches to the banner tonight, but we'll have no doubt the Vintage Rocks team will be over the moon with the finished product

Long Time no update!!!!

I know its been a while, but the Belfast & Dublin Printing markets are in full flow at the minute and if you don't jump on it, well you get left behind.

This week, we have been working for a number of lifestyle, fitness and grooming businesses. Seems everyone wants to get fit for summer, preened and pruned and these smart companies are capitalising on it.

We designed everything below and like the true artists we are we'll go into a little more detail

Flyer Printing Dublin by Kaizen Print Belfast Flyer Printing Dublin by Kaizen Print Belfast

Project: Tone n Ten Summer Bootcamps

A5 Double Sided flyer on 170gsm Gloss paper

We created this flyer for the guys at Tone n Ten, who needed a great quality yet low cost mass marketing leaflet to be distributed throughout the Banbridge area.

Project: Man & Woman Flyers

A6 Flyers on 350gsm Silk

As part of our flyer batch (we print 80,000 flyers a week now), we designed and printed the above flyers for the team at Man & Woman. They have two stores, Lisburn and Belfast. Our brief was to create very clean flyers, prominently promoting the new Summer offers.

A little update about Kaizen Print activities this month - We have had a series of orders from our website www.kaizenprint.co.uk this month. After 7 months of no orders through the site at all, this is a very welcome relief. We have had lots of

Today marks a momentous occasion for me. Not only is it our 6 month and 2 day anniversary, but today Kaizen Print sold our 1 millionth flyer and by heck I am over the moon. If only they were £1 coins sold for £2....or £5 notes.

As milestones go, this is one we are pretty proud of, as we design and print a hell of a lot of the Belfast & NI Club Scene promo material.

Todays Business Thought

March saw an epic growth in our flyer printing sales and thus hitting the 1 million milestone, for two main reasons

  1. We had a special offer for 5000 A6 flyers on 350gsm silk, colour 2 sides - ONLY £100
  2. A a business, we are starting to get a pretty good reputation for our standard of print, quality service and turn-around times, meaning customers are coming back time and time again.

So, if you can, think of a promotional offer for your products or services that will not compromise the final result and ensure absolutely everyone knows about it. And of course, that you can deliver the goods/service you promise.

If the printer belfast you normally use has lately been on the blink then you may be looking into acquiring a new one. Or maybe the one you have is too slow, or could it be that you just simply need more features on a printer rather than the basic black print?

If so, don’t worry. There are countless printer stores in printing Belfast that offer a range of different printers with a variety of features. Keep in mind that these will usually cost you a bit extra, but if you need them that badly for your business, then you shouldn’t have to think twice about going out and purchasing the ideal one.

If you are working in a company that needs to produce coloured print outs then evidently you will require a colour printer. For instance, you work in a primary school or with children of a very young age and need coloured print outs of animals or alphabetical letters to decorate the classroom. A colour printer gives the best quality of such images and really brightens up a room let alone the sheet of paper itself.

A built in photocopier would also come in useful for school teachers as you may need to make copies of homework, a pupil’s work or even copies of pages from novels and text books. If you think about it, this can ultimately save a lot of money on the cost of texts purchases annually if students are given print outs rather than the physical books.

Schools normally have a set budget when it comes to their annual expenditure rates and this doesn’t differ when dealing with the simpler things like a brand new printer as opposed to uniform sizes and school dinners.

As stated, working in such a versatile environment (one minute you could be working with basic spreadsheets with an I.T. class, the next you need colours and copies in an art class) it will work out better if your printer has as many features and qualities as possible.

So when it comes to working in a school and being given a set budget to go and purchase an essential printer, my advice is to find one with the most features. A printer that offers additional value in the form of scanning, photocopying and colour. You have to always remember that when working within school or college premises, a variety of tasks can arise every day, some more unexpected than others. If it’s merely printing off a spreadsheet or piece of English coursework then that’s one thing, but perhaps an Art student needs fully coloured print outs of images from the likes of Van Gogh to Decamps in order to make the grade.

Either way, in the long run this will prove effective due to the adaptable environment a school surroundings has. By choosing the most appropriate printer Belfast, you won’t regret it.

The sole reason any company or business generates flyers through flyer printing is to enhance sales and profit through promotion and advertising. Flyers need to have certain elements in order too woo the customer. You can’t get away with just printing a few random words and your company name in black on white paper, handing it out to the public and immediately assume your work in promoting your company is done.

Flyers need the correct features and have to come across as interesting and colourful so that customers will be easily drawn to what it is you are advertising. In other words you need to find your target audience and come up with a decent plan and design for your flyer printing Belfast so that is speaks to the said audience.
For starters the flyers must take heed of a customer’s questions and enquiries by being able to provide answers and solutions to such queries. The flyer must give details of how the customer will gain an advantage by having such an item. For example, if your company is offering a particular a deal, maybe it is a good idea to include it on the flyer. Or if your company gives customers the chance to get something off a sale by using the flyer, have it stated clearly so that they can read it, i.e. ‘10% off every order over £30 with this flyer.’

The substance within the flyer must not let the customer’s interest wane at any times either. Keep it simple and straight to the point. Use short words and sentences. Use colours to help draw eye contact, leaving some of the most important matters in a brighter colour than others. Just don’t use too much colour as it can then end up difficult to read with all clashes.

Another useful technique is to break up what it is your company offers. One of the prime examples of this would be to use bullets or numbering. Often bullet point viewing is more appealing to look at. It is significant that the most important deals your company offers should be put in bullet point form, that way it stands out even more so.

Using a photograph or image is always a bonus too, particularly if it is indeed a certain product you are advertising. This way the customer has a clear idea of what it is you are offering to them without having to conjure up an image in their head. There is nothing else that helps a flyer warrant more attraction than a compelling photograph of something relevant. Just make sure the solution is okay before printing the flyer otherwise it can affect the overall appearance. If the image is out of sync this can be easily fixed using Adobe Photoshop.

With this vital information taken on board then you shouldn’t have any problems with it comes to your flyer printing. Remember, it is all in the planning beforehand. Usually, creating the flyer is the easy part.

How to Use Business Card Printing Belfast to...

Category: Printing

If you have only begun opening your own business then you will quickly realise the challenging aspects of getting knowledge from your target audience. Obviously a business can’t survive without the custom so it is best to find some sort of strategy that will help increase public awareness of your business which will result in your company gaining more recognition from the outside world. My first advice would be to have a look at your target audience. If you have just opened a doctors or dentists office then this can be more difficult, but you will find that businesses like those will advertise and promote themselves via local newspapers rather than go around the public themselves trying to get attention. One of the best and most effective techniques is creating a business card printing Belfast and handing them out to the locals. It is also a great idea to give other companies a number of the business cards to distribute to the public also.

For instance if you have just started a delivery service, your target audience could be anyone at all, which is why I would recommend leaving business cards with local fast food restaurants, grocery stores, off licenses and corner shops.
The business card can include the obvious: The name and number of the company, along with the fact that you deliver. Sometimes it is a better option to make a list of the variety of items which your company delivers. For example, “Alcohol, Cigarettes, Food, Groceries, Prescriptions,” and so on. This will give customers a fair idea of what they are able to get delivered if they are unable or too lazy to go into town. It is also advisable to state the opening hours of your business. Normally the later your delivery service runs, the more business, as less people do shopping at night or, after a few too many beers, customers mightn’t feel like going out but still require some more to keep the party going!
Now, once you have all this in tow and the business cards are printed it’s just a matter of going around the mentioned shops, off sales’ and pharmacists. A further method would be, if you’re living in a college area, to distribute the cards at popular student attractions. Students will always be drawn to late night delivery services due to their nature of spending full nights awake drinking and smoking. Additionally, leaving the business cards in old peoples homes can be useful as not many are able to go into town let alone do their weekly grocery shopping. Between crazy students and the housebound elderly, it won’t be long before you see your business card printing Belfast take off and business will be booming.

Have you just recently set up your own business? If so, you may be looking for a way to gain promotion to let the public know that you exist and that you’re open for business. There are many ways of doing this. Some use local newspapers, others use flyers however newspapers can often prove an expensive means of gaining an audience while all too often flyers are dumped or left on the street as litter. What the public generally appreciate is something smaller, something that doesn’t take up a lot of room when handed to them. Short and sweet – something they can slip into their wallet or pocket and saved for when it may be necessary to make that call to your business. I’m talking about business card printing Belfast. This article will suggest all of the useful things you should include on your business card.

Name

Whether it’s the business’s name itself, or merely the name of someone employed within the company it is a given that all business cards must have a name. Without it, whoever is looking at the card won’t know what it regards and will throw it away. The company’s name must always come first at the time, often highlighting it in bold is a good way of helping it stand out when looking at the card.

Address

Not as relevant as name, especially if the company is an online based business however if it is found locally then it is ideal. With the address added customers and clients are able to see where exactly they can find you when needed.

Telephone Number/Fax Number

All companies have a number of contact to get in touch with if a client or customer has a query, complaint or merely wishes to speak to a member of staff. A personal telephone number is paramount when creating your business card as it means more contact with the consumer therefore better customer relations. Some companies can operate via fax as well, however a high percentage of customers don’t have a means of getting to a fax machine, plus many may feel there’s something more personal about speaking over the phone.

E-mail Address

The way modern technology has taken over in the last ten years is phenomenal and it hard to imagine any business surviving today without an e-mail address. For the customer it is a cheaper way of contacting the business. For the business it is often an easier and more efficient way of getting back to a customer as you can be assured that an e-mail has been delivered, and it will only be a matter of time before it is read.

And there you have the bare necessities when designing your business card printing Belfast. Some companies may add a tiny logo or image on the card also, and that is entirely up to you, but the important thing is to stick to the essentials.

Over the last ten years it has become more and more common for businesses to create their own unique card which include business details and then distribute them to the relevant audience in the outside world. It is one of the best methods in getting your company’s name out there and recognised and with that, the company can expand thanks to the promotion through these business cards. There are many stores in the city that offer you a chance to design your own business card printing Belfast.

Business cards date back to another time but thee days it is a given for some companies to have them, and even more so for one man businesses, accountancies, hospitals, banks and people working freelance who are trying to get their name made.

Business cards play a pivotal role in helping to increase the awareness of a company, business or even person to the general public. It has been a means of promotion and advertising for many years.

One of its main attractions from the public eye is its professionalism. When people see a business card they immediately assume the person or business is well regarded  and proficient in handling queries or whatever other services they offer.

Details on a business card are usually kept to a minimum, purely down to the lack of space you are given due to the nature of a business card’s size. Relevant details such as Company name/Person’s name, telephone or fax number, e-mail address and possibly a one line description of what the company or business offers. With those short details alone the card is instantly revealing and its something that clients can carry at all times in their wallet, their jacket pocket, or else keep it safe with other business cards.

While black and white print is usually a good way of showing the nature of a company sometimes it can be a good thing to print the card in colour. It makes it more attractive and also helps it stand out amongst other business cards. This is usually recommended if you are trying to promote a retail store or small scale store such as party shops or garages. People working within hospitals or dentists and the like are usually recommended to use black and white print when creating business cards, not to withdraw any sincerity in the tone of the card.

Finally when creating your business card printing Belfast you must make sure that the text and font is easy to read. Remember it is going to be small due to the size of the card itself, which is why you must ensure that the text isn’t difficult to decipher.

Still having a minor dilemma when it comes to poster printing? Maybe you can’t find the right image for your poster. Or maybe it boils down to not having enough space or that the colours are clashing. Well, don’t worry. With this article I hope to clear up any possible problems that can arise when designing a poster printer Belfast for a company.

The image I want to use won’t fit in the poster properly.

This is a frequent problem when designing posters and it still surprises me how many people out there are unaware of the software called Adobe Photoshop. With Photoshop you are able to resize any images without the pixels or quality faltering so it looks the exact same as you intended and you end up with more space on your poster. Some people can find Photoshop a little tricky to use so if you have any issues it would be best to try the Internet to help with any queries. If you get stuck there then contact a computers specialist, as many know how to operate Photoshop.

All of the text doesn’t fit into the poster.

Unlike image resetting, resizing text can be a more difficult job. Your main option would be to resize the font and decrease it, but sometimes that can upset the entire poster, especially if the newly sized text is difficult to read. Another problem with having new fonts and sizes is that some Internet websites charge you for downloading the latest or coolest looking fonts. This can often prove worthy in the long run but my first recommendation is to look over what words and sentences appear on the poster. Proof read all of it over and over again, and see if there are any words that can be removed or if a sentence can be reworded to make it shorter. Many posters fail because they contain too much drivel when all the customer wants is a straight to the point commercial. If you can’t think of any words to remove and believe that all the text on your poster cannot be changed then have a look at different fonts online.

The text and images won’t fit onto the poster I have designed.

Another common mistake that boils down to not thinking ahead. Sometimes in the final print items such as text, images, templates and borders can be cut out thus rendering the poster in a completely unprofessional state, and there’s nothing worse. The first thing to do here is look at all the printing options before you send to print. Page setup and print preview will give you a clear indication of what the finished article will look like. If it doesn’t fit then you may have forgotten to add printing bleeds and guidelines. To rectify this, download a template you are able to use. This is simple and again can be done online.

With these common problems put right then you are ready to send your poster to the print, ensuring a smoothly ran process in poster printing.

So you run a business and you’re planning to purchase a printer for the office? With the amount of different printers out there available sometimes it can be a difficult choice on which product to go for. With this article I will outline the pros and cons of purchasing a printer Belfast and will help ensure when buying a printer for your company, you get the best value for money, and one that will meet the needs of what it is your firm requires, without going overboard.

Size

First of all, how big is the office you’re working in? How many members of staff is within the business or floor? And how often will the printer be put to use on an hourly basis? These are questions you must look into before jumping ahead and making a purchase. If there is a vast amount of staff on the floor then it is best to have a large printer as it will be used quite often if staff are spending each day at work printing copious documents or spreadsheets. Speed is another factor. For instance if someone is printing out 100 pages in a row you don’t want it taking a page per minute as you will be there all day trying to get issues dealt with. The less time consuming, obviously the better, so finding a printer that printers a page every couple of seconds is ideal. You’ll have those 100 pages printed in the space of minutes while the printer can then be used by the next person. Another factor to look at when dealing with a printer’s size is how much space it will take up in the room. First of all give yourself a preferred amount of space but if the desired printer exceeded that then see if you can give yourself a little more. If not, go for the smallest model down.

Features

Many printers offer additional features such as scanning facilities, photocopying services and the ability to print in colour asides black and white. Fancy as this all may be, only go for them if they are well and truly necessary. If you need colour for advertisements you are creating then yes, add the colour feature. If you plan on using the printer merely for word documents and spreadsheets then stick to the black and white option. Likewise with the scanner and photocopier features. Unless you’re going to be using them to scan up documents and images or else copy letters or memos then there really is no need to have them. Think wisely about the necessities at all times, otherwise you’ll be left regretting the decision you’ve made.

Budget

Whatever budget is allocated to you, stick by it. Just because it looks more modern or has a nicer colour than other printers, doesn’t make it a better buy. As stated previously, don’t go buying because it has hundreds of different features. Look at the price tag you’ve been set, and find the most suitable model. This way you will discover the best printer Belfast that suits your needs. Good luck!

Retail shops, supermarkets and other chains almost always have posters displayed in their stores advertising great deals, the latest product or other offers, for instance; ‘Buy two get another free’ and so on. Creating a poster may seem easy but you have to remember that it has to be appealing enough for a customer to see it and remember it, let alone be attracted and drawn to it. In this article I will make a list of all the things you will need to know in order to guarantee a top quality poster that will catch the customer’s eye as errors are all too easy to make when it comes to poster printing Belfast.

Use of Detail

I have stated time and time again that each word used in anything – be it a newspaper column to an advertisement, or a novel to a poem – must be worth its appearance. Do not go off on one just because you think using big and fancy words will make the poster seem smarter or more sophisticated. Keeping things simple is the key ingredient here, regardless of your target audience. It can also look very unprofessional if a customer is looking at a poster advertising a product and is unable to make out what the company is actually getting at, thus loss in potential sales and understanding and breaking the bond between the consumer and business. Once making sure the words and sentences used are kept in simple terms next step is to make sure there are no further errors, namely typos and spelling mistakes. You may be perfectly literate but using a keypad it is still incredibly easily to make the odd typing mistake. Proof read everything you’ve written, proof read it twice if needs be! If not that single typo could upset the entire poster and marketing campaign and leave your company looking a little embarrassed and there’s nothing worse than having a company’s image reflect badly upon others.

Design

This, like use of text, has to be planned out thoroughly as well. Use of colours which don’t clash (but not too many colours either), including a company logo or maybe a quote or tagline. Have a good image in your head of what it is you plan to have the poster look like, draw it out first, commission it and see what others think. It is always better to have as many opinions about this as possible. Rushing into things can prove a disaster and once again echo a bad image for your business.

Final Quality and Dimension

So, you have your poster all beautifully set up on your computer and it looks flawless. But are the dimensions within the right size and limits when being sent to print? This has to be double checked at all times, otherwise the final poster will come out missing borders, parts of words and images may end up cut off. Make sure this doesn’t happen. Finally, it’s alright to go ahead and print your own designs, if you think you can do it. If there is any doubt in your mind then my only advice would be to contact a printing company. There are plenty of poster printing firms available with the click of a mouse by searching online and each offer great quality and service, even if it is a little extra money than doing it yourself. Besides, if you want to succeed through your poster printing, you’ll have to think ahead.

Retail stores, companies, businesses and firms will use stickers and tags on their products to make sure the consumer knows what make or specific brand it is they are buying. These are otherwise known as labels. Labels which are used on products are often unique and will display the company’s name or logo design. This will help customers choose which they would prefer. Using labels on products will also help a firm’s sales increase as customers will see it’s a secure brand name. Labels don’t always have to include the brand name or logo either. Some labels contain the terms and conditions of the product, the warranty or other various instructions. Essentially, labels are used on products to give customers an added awareness of what it is they are exactly looking for, thus combining good customer service with further instructions. If you run your own business or retail shop it is highly crucial to include labels on your products and here I will show you the most straightforward way of going about creating your leaflet printing Belfast.

First and foremost you will need insight into other labels and what they include, what is necessary and what the customer will feel is useful. I recommend visiting a range of stores and having a look at the products they have to offer and what the labels on those products consist of. Secondly, visit a store that specializes in providing services such as label printing – there are many available and each have the staff who can adequately go about helping you set up the label which suits your products. Label printing has been a method for companies for years and years so help is at hand from those experienced through time on what it takes to make a good efficient label for a particular product. Don’t try doing it alone if you’re not 100% sure on what it is you want. Such experts have no problem in lending a hand.

Once you have decided on a design and what details you want to include on the label then you can get started on sending them to print, and after that, it’s just a waiting game until you receive them.

The next option to follow is to search the Internet so that you can compare and contrast different prices of label printing when developing your label printing Belfast. Use search engines to find sits that deal with label printing and see for yourself which one works out cheapest or which allows you to purchase for value for money. Most online sites are simple and straight forward and give you a template to start off with anyway so there should be no worries on getting around creating them! You can also create your own template if you don’t find one you agree on.

You will also find that a lot of these online services offer free deliveries, which is just another bonus.

Belfast has a large variety of brands and types of printers to meet the needs of interested companies and customers. With the range available in the city you would be forgiven for questioning which printer Belfast would be the most suitable for your requirements. Since there are so many different kinds how can you as a customer be rest assured you’ve picked the right one?

With the following article I hope to clear up any queries you have in regards to purchasing the appropriate printer Belfast and by the end of it you will be well aware of which one meets your desires.

For starters, when ordering a printer, make sure what the exact requirements are that you feel are necessary. For instance, if you wish to print multiple documents at a time at a fast speed then look into that. Or maybe you require a printer that has multiple features that takes out the time consuming job of doing things one by one. For example, a printer that has other features and allows you to do other things whilst printing, such as scanning images and documents, photocopying, so you can have multiple copies of a document you already have in print. If you do indeed require such addition features, then this is the printer Belfast you should be keeping an eye out for.

Other notable points when it comes to decision making is the actual brand and make of the printer. Choosing a well known and well regarded brand is usually the key preference in many buyers’ minds. Or, maybe you want a printer that is being assembled in a particular location. In the long run, these points will ensure that you do not make the wrong decision thus ending up losing out in money or having to go through the time consuming act of getting the printer changed for a correct model.

The next issue to follow is budget. If the amount of money you have allowed yourself to spend on your printer Belfast is adequate then you will be fine. If not, then think twice about the extra accessories and decide whether or not they are truly necessary. This again, can prove costly if they end up going without use. All printers have different set prices so go by the amount of money you have been allocated and if anything, try and get the cheapest option, albeit most efficient. Having a set amount of money for expenditures is a guideline you just have to stick by.

Printer shops in Belfast offer printers in all different shapes and sizes, some as big as a fridge, others only a bit bigger than a shoebox. Just because one may look fancier than the other, doesn’t instantly make it a better printer. Be aware of the bare necessities of what it is you need in a printer. This way you will save money and hassle.

Money might not be an obstacle when ordering hundreds or thousands of flyers printed Belfast in order to promote your company, which is fine, but there are guidelines you will have to take heed to when designing the flyers and leaflets you wish to distribute to your target audience. It is no use if the colours clash or if the text appears too difficult to read. Likewise if there is too much text people will become very bored of it in no time.

Here is a list of instructions to stick by when creating the flyer that will play a part in gaining your company or firm further recognition and acknowledgement:

Colours: First and foremost the colour  of the flyer itself must be well presented. If your target audience in young, i.e. teenagers to people in their early twenties, it is often a good idea to use quite a bit of colour to make it more attractive and appealing. This works especially if you are advertising a night club or bar. If, however, you are promoting a sophisticated restaurant or a higher class club or store it may be better to have it even simpler, like a back to basics black on white or vice versa. It will all depend of course on what it is you are advertising, your target audience, and also the area you are based and where you plan to send the flyers.

Text and Font: Again, this ties in with presentation. The font must always be easy to read. Times New Roman and Ariel fonts are the most easy to read but it is always good to make the flyer more unique by having colourful and wacky fonts. Always make sure it is still easy to read. It may look cool to you but potential clients and customers may find it difficult to work out. Text must also be an adequate size. Too small and it may be difficult to read. Too big and you will run out of valuable space very quickly. Likewise with text. Don’t use jargon, don’t over explain or ramble on about irrelevant details as it gets boring very quickly. Stick to the basics and keep it concise.

Final Outcome: Your final design might look great on the computer, but sometimes the printers can disagree with this. Make sure all of the text, images, borders and headers fit within the space you’ve been given, regardless of how confined it is. And if something doesn’t fit, take out the most inappropriate piece of information. The flyer must look professional at all times otherwise if someone on the street is handed one they’ll be in two minds about whether or not the advertisement is genuine. The more professional it looks the more natural it looks, and people will be drawn to it if the correct and relevant information is right there in front of them.

Kaizen Print Belfast is located in Belfast, Northern Ireland, while another smaller office exists just outside the city in a town named Lisburn.

At Kaizen here it is our aim to make as many people aware of our business as possible. We do not limit ourselves to simply letting only people in our home city or home country know about us. In order to help a business succeed you just have to get your name out there to as wide an audience as possible.

At Kaizen we take orders abroad and overseas and thanks to the Internet customers are able to place these orders without any hassle. We have been surprised at the influx of online orders so early in our company’s existence but that just goes to show the impact of advertising online and clearly we have no regrets about advertising ourselves via the world wide web.

Rather than spend a lot of cash on long distance phone calls it is now just as easy to send an e-mail and it is often easier for companies to keep track of orders via e-mails as most of the ground work is done on computers anyway. Wherever you are based, drop us a line in the form of an e-mail. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and see if we can meet your needs. So far we have met the requirements of any queries made by previous customers.

Thanks to the growing sponsorship the Internet has offered us we have now had the chance to help promote other recently started businesses like local shops, new pubs and clubs and also restaurants and fast food joints. You really cannot go wrong with printing to help advertise your company – whether it’s in the form of posters, business cards, leaflets or flyers we do it all at great prices, and if you are a new business you’ll be laughing. We all know one of the primes aspects in order to have a company service is custom, and this can only be met through the right promotion and advertising.

Like I said, if you want to expand your company’s name and objectives, and then get the word out there. An audience will be eager to listen up. The good thing about running a company that deals solely with printing Belfast is that other businesses are continually needing an extra hand with promotion and gaining more awareness, and we subsist to help those companies out. Likewise with offices that need business cards printed, supermarkets that need leaflets to post door to door in a town or even posters which advertise an upcoming product you wish to sell. Give us the information, how you’d like it designed, and we’ll sanction it to perfection.
