Just a short note to tell everyone about my first proeprty development , which I am currently putting together and hopefully raising the funds to complete.

It's a 10 bedroom house in the South West of England, split into 3 apartments, 1 x 4 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom.

The plan is to refurbish the property and then split the title and sell the 3 flats on 125 years leases.

Expected profit of £200,000 in less than 6 months.

Still looking for investors to joint venture on the deal.
