Description:	We are a PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT project aimed at 11-25 year olds based in Birmingham. We help young people to overcome their PERSONAL issues with a unique and effective mentoring programme. PERSONAL mentoring is more than advice and guidance, we help mentees to learn and understand themselves in order to help themselves. We provide: One to One Personal Mentoring Innovative and Active workshops based in the five elements of the 'every child matters' outcomes Self-development programs created to improve and develop skills, self esteem, self awareness and confidence An Inclusion programme acrcredited by ASDAN (AEP) Our main objective is to: Support and encourage young people to maximise their own potential Engage the disengaged Encourage and assist young people with building key skills, self awareness and self esteem.
